- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes, including GST.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before processing orders. Once paid, the amount is non-refundable, including taxes and GST.

4. Return and Refund Policy

- We currently do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.
- Payments are non-refundable. This includes all taxes, including GST.
- Damage during delivery or within one week of delivery (unless caused intentionally) is covered. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.

5. Damage Policy

- Any damage to a product at the time of delivery or within one week (if not due to intentional misuse) is covered. 
- Beyond this period, any damage or issue with the product will not be the responsibility of Lush & Lavish.

6. Custom Orders and Turnkey Solutions

- For custom orders or turnkey interior design solutions, terms will be outlined and agreed upon with each customer.
- Any modifications to agreed plans may affect pricing and timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

- All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Lush & Lavish and is protected by copyright laws.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Lush & Lavish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
- We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in website functionality or errors caused by third-party services.

9. Governing Law

- These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
